Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Options (United States)
We ship via USPS and offer the following options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — $6.50–$15.99 based on order weight | Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping — $10.99–$22.99 based on order weight | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $90 🎉
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping (Australia) We now ship to Australia! 🌏
- Express International Shipping — from AUD $88.00 | Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery, as determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Australia has a high duty-free threshold (AUD $1,000), so most orders will clear customs without additional charges.
Custom International Shipping Requests
We occasionally fulfill one-off international shipping requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside of our standard shipping regions and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and obtain a shipping quote.
Important — Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees: All international shipments, including custom requests, are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that any and all delivery duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges levied by the destination country's customs authority or the shipping carrier upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Magnolia Post Boutique does not collect, pre-pay, or reimburse these charges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or fees, Magnolia Post Boutique is not responsible for any loss, return shipping costs, or associated charges.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
