Returns We only accept returns for items that were received incorrectly (wrong items sent). All other sales are final.
How to Initiate a Return If you received a wrong item, please contact us with 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll make it right by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective. If you need an exchange, please contact us at magnoliapostboutique@gmail.com.
